I have to admit, Brussels Sprouts used to not be my first choice of vegetables. Honestly, when I was little I just decided that I did not like them and it just stuck with me. But, that of course ended up changing and now I love them! Over the years I have tested out multiple recipes and I finally found the perfect one. These honey mustard brussels sprouts are sure to be a crowd pleaser whenever you serve them. It has all the good things: Bacon, Honey, and Mustard. This combination makes for the most delicious recipe and you will for sure not have leftovers!
I kid you not when I say these are popular. I have made them for almost every friendsgiving. thanksgiving, and just dinner party. Every time someone asks me for my honey mustard brussels sprouts recipe. I apologize for the delay everyone, BUT the recipe is finally up!! Whenever I make these I try to pick out the smaller sized brussels sprouts. The smaller ones cook more evenly and make for crispier sprouts which is always a plus. We are a bacon loving household so of course I had to incorporate some bacon into this recipe. I always go with the thick cut when I make this and that is what I recommend. If you don’t eat meat you can always omit the bacon but you will get a little different of a flavor!
I hope that everyone loves these as much as we have!! They make the perfect side dish for any occasion and would make a great addition to my roasted butternut squash recipe!
