Gluten Free and Vegan Peach Dump Cake

I mean has there ever been anything as good and as easy as a dump cake? I do not think I can think of anything. The same goes for this Gluten Free and Vegan Peach Dump Cake. Guys, this was cake was so easy to make. I literally put it together and baked it all on my lunch break.

So, if you do not know what a dump cake is let me explain it really quick. The name sounds kinda gross but I promise it is good. So, a dump cake usually just consists of dumping some canned fruit or frozen fruit in the bottom of a pan and then dumping cake mix on top and baking it. Hence the term “dump” cake. It comes out tasting a lot like a cobbler. And who does not like cobbler?

Ingredients I used for this Gluten Free and Vegan Peach Dump Cake

The ingredients are pretty easy. Honestly, you should have them all on hand. I used Canned Peaches for this recipe that were in syrup. For the cake mix I used Betty Crocker Yellow Cake Mix, Gluten Free . I topped all of this with a little bit of Cinnamon and sliced vegan butter. There is really not much to it at all!

If you are looking for a quick and easy dessert recipe that you actually cannot mess up then this peach dump cake is for you. There are only like three steps and everything is pretty much already made. If you are looking for a dessert that has a few less store bought items but is the same concept then you should try my apple crisp recipe. Or maybe you are like me and not quite ready to give up those summer fruits, the try out my gluten free blueberry crumb cake! All are fan favorites and are super easy!

Gluten Free Peach Dump Cake

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package gluten free betty crocker yellow cake mix
  • 2 15oz cans of peaches
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter – sliced

Method
 

  1. preheat the oven to 350°
  2. empty the canned peaches into a pan (I used a rectangle 11 x 7 pan)
  3. dump the cake mix on top of the peaches and spread evenly
  4. sprinkle the cinnamon on top and sliced butter on top – place the sliced butter evenly over the top
  5. bake for 40-45 minutes! ENJOY
