Gluten Free and Dairy Free S’mores Bars

August 27, 2020 by racprice9

Gluten free and dairy free S'mores bars stacked on each other

Who doesn’t love a good S’more? They are ooey and gooey and delicious. These Gluten Free and Dairy Free S’mores bars are no exception. They are so easy to make and give you all the camping summer feels but from the comfort of your home.

I have always been a lover of S’mores. When I developed a gluten sensitivity S’mores is one of the things I really missed. But, then I discovered the Kinnikinnick Smoreables Graham Style Crackers and my life was changed. I absolutely love the Kinnikinnick brand. Their products are always gluten free, dairy free, nut free, peanut free, and soy free. So, if you have food allergies then their products are the best and they have free shipping if you can’t find their products at your local store.

How to make these Gluten Free and Dairy Free S’mores Bars

These bars are so easy to make. Their are very ingredients required. All you will need is some Kinnikinnick gluten free graham crackers, country crock plant butter, maple syrup, marshmallows, and some Enjoy Life chocolate chips.

Step one, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the package of gluten free graham crackers into a food processor and chop until you have created crumbs. Next, Add your melted butter and maple syrup and chop until well mixed. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper and firmly press the graham cracker mixture evenly throughout the pan. Now, pour half the bag of chocolate chips into your pan and spread evenly. Then top with marshmallows so the top is covered. Bake for about 15 minutes.

It is that easy!! I am not sure about everyone else, but I am the person who burns their marshmallows every time they make S’mores. I honestly think they taste better a little charred. So, I broiled my bars for about one minute to create a similar effect. For another delicious chocolaty dessert, try my gluten free and dairy free chocolate chip cookies!
