Easy Gluten and Dairy Free Meatball Recipe

February 17, 2020 by racprice9

gluten and dairy free meatball

I am always trying to find a good gluten and dairy free meatball recipe. Most recipes or pre-made meatballs you find either have gluten or dairy as one of the key ingredients. Of course, these two things are very tasty, but for those of us who can’t eat them, I have developed a gluten and dairy free meatball recipe that is both delicious and easy! Not to mention, these meatballs are super healthy. They are the perfect addition with any gluten free pasta. My favorite brand is Barilla Gluten Free Pasta because it is cheap and tastes like the real thing. These gluten free and dairy free meatballs are a good option if you are feeling lazy and want a quick meal. For a low carb option, then pair these meatballs with some zucchini noodles. My husband and I would do this all the time when we were trying to eat low carb. To top it all off, I will make some vegan Parmesan cheese as well. My favorite recipe to use is from the Minimalist Baker. You can find the recipe here. All in all, these meatballs are filling and make for a fast weeknight meal. I hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
