Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Place your ground beef in a medium sized bowl
- Mix in the onion, bread crumbs, and dry ingredients (I prefer to mix with my hands)
- Crack one egg into the mixture and mix well with your hands until egg has fully mixed in
- Roll the beef into a ball with hands (about the size of a ping pong ball)
- Place the raw meatball into a small muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes
