I am big on sauces. If every dish could be served with a sauce I would be happy. I am the type of person that whenever I eat a french fry, every bite MUST be dipped in ketchup. This EASY lemon garlic aioli recipe is SO good. I have always loved aioli and I think it is a sauce that is so versatile and can be eaten with so many things. My favorite thing to pair it with is my gluten free zucchini fries. But this sauce would truly be great on anything. The flavors are so good but not too strong where they would over power your main dish.
Aioli usually has a mayonnaise base. My favorite mayonnaise to use for this recipe is Primal Kitchen Mayonnaise. It is made with avocado oil, is whole30 approved with no added sugar and no dairy. Also, it just has the best flavor. I will also add in some valentina hot sauce to add some extra spice to this lemon garlic aioli. I am a BIG hot sauce gal so this was a must to add. But, if you do not like spicy you can omit this step and it will still taste good I promise. I hope you guys enjoy this sauce!!
