pat the shrimp dry and put in a bowl
Add 1 tbsp of the tony chachere's spice and mix together
heat the ghee in the cast iron on medium high heat
once pan is hot, add the shrimp
cook each shrimp for about three to four minutes on each side. Make sure the shrimp is no longer translucent and turns white.
dice the jalapeno and bell pepper
add the lettuce to a bowl and mix in the jalapeno and bell pepper
cut the avocado in cubes and add to lettuce as well
add in shrimp
add in the vinegar and oil and toss
