Gluten Free Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 cup almond flour
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • cup softened vegan butter
  • SPRINKLES

Method
 

  1. add softened butter and sugar to bowl and mix until smooth
  2. add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients
  4. put in fridge to chill for at least 1 hour
  5. preheat oven to 400
  6. roll the dough into small ball (ping pong size) and roll in sprinkles
  7. place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes
