Method
- Cook the quinoa according to whatever instructions are on your bag
- once you have drained the quinoa place in the freezer to cool (about 15 minutes)
- chop your veggies
- once the quinoa is cool, pull out of freezer and add your veggies
- add in the salt, pepper, and garlic powder - toss
- add in the oil and vinegar - toss
- ENJOY
